Very clean accommodation with everything needed for a self-catering stay, and a wonderful view across the bay from both living room and patio area. We met Stephen on arrival when we were scouting the route up to the accommodation, and he kindly let us bring our luggage up early, and also gave us the car park pass to avoid having to pay. Really nice having breakfast with the bay view from the patio, and similarly having an evening G&T with the same view. Town centre was close by, albeit no road access, but we found the alternative, almost step-free route a lot easier to climb - we were certainly a lot fitter by the end of our weekend!!!

Featuring a DVD player, the holiday home has a kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge, a living room with a seating area and a dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub and a shower. Towels and bed linen are featured. Hot tub was amazing we made good use of it. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans etc. Bedrooms are very comfortable, the bathroom is huge and the lounge is big enough for a family. One of the big plusses for us was the enclosed garden where the dogs could roam free without the risk of straying.

Lovely small 'glamping' hut with spectacular views overlooking the sea. Located a short drive out of Barmouth centre. Great for 2 people. Has it's own small garden so was great for our dog. Very clean and had everything you need for a short stay, including parking.

This property is in such a lovely location, only a little walk to the beach and about 20 min walk into barmouth town! We loved sitting at night watching the sunset on the beach with just a short walk back to our room! The room it's self was lovely, very clean 😊 very comfy bed! The staff on site was very friendly and welcoming into the property, also very helpful prior to the stay. We would deffo stay again at this property and can't wait to return 🥰

It was modern and trendy and kept up to date, which is hard to find in the area. Also very clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and the bar was a great place to grab a few drinks, seems like the place to be in this small town on a Saturday night. They also allowed you to have takeaways in the bar as they are not currently serving food.

The house is comfortable and well equipped. It was very clean and we felt that all COVID hygiene rules had been followed. It's in a good location for both the beach and the town centre, and it was good to have off road parking. Definitely recommended as a base for exploring the local area.
